Refunds and withdrawal
If the course does not run
If a cohort does not form, or we cancel a course before it starts, you get everything you have paid back in full. This is the one case where a refund is automatic — you do not have to ask.
Withdrawing during the foundation block
The foundation block exists so you can try the course before committing. If you leave within the first three lectures of it, we refund the foundation-block fee less a pro-rata share for the lectures held. After the third lecture, the foundation-block fee is not refundable.
The continuation fee
If you pay to continue and then have to stop, the unused portion is refunded pro rata on the lectures remaining, on request. Where you took the 5% upfront discount, the refund is calculated on what you actually paid.
Shakuntalam and Rutucharya
These two courses are paid in full before they begin. Each is refundable up to a week before the first lecture, and pro rata on the lectures remaining after that.
The residential immersion
Dates are fixed only once a group of twelve forms. Once dates are confirmed, the fee is refundable in full up to sixty days before arrival, and half up to thirty days before. Inside thirty days we cannot refund it, as the arrangements are already made. International travel is yours to book and yours to insure.
How to ask
Write to admin@sanskritvedanta.org. Refunds are made by the same route you paid, usually within two weeks.
Write to admin@sanskritvedanta.org and Acharya Neelakanth will answer himself.
